I'm not sure these have been widely circulated recently. I uploaded them to youtube a few years ago, but they were quickly taken down due to copyright infringement.

Does anybody know of any service that streams these old SNL episodes? I know Hulu has recent episodes but their archive no longer goes back as far as the 90s.

It looks like Amazon has partnered with some service (Seeso), and full episodes are on there. The Chevy Chase episode with Live is listed here:
