Hi folks,

It's been awhile (again). I'm once again going to try to get some of my Live collection into the hands of those who deserve it. But, I thought I'd test the waters first and see if there are any sharks in there. Does anyone here still collect Live's discography, or has that breed of fish completely died off?

Just looking for feedback.

I bought some autographed pictures from the Secret Samadhi days that the band put up for an auction that they did for a fundraiser quite a few years ago. I still have them somewhere...

Any chance you could upload a photo of these pictures? That would be great. Thanks.

Awesome!!! Everything comes full circle here! I was the one who was running those auctions. The profits from those auctions went to the family of their former tour manager who passed away in 2009 after losing his battle with cancer.

The band and their management loved Gungi. For me, Gungi was the best. He was my mentor and friend. I learned so much from him. He was the one who introduced me to Live after knowing I was a huge fan. Gungi was also a huge fan of the band and loved them dearly. Live loved him. I cherish the memories I have of Gungi and I driving around Burbank, California listening to his soundboard mixes of Live concerts. He had countless soundboard recordings of nearly every Live concert from the years he tour managed them. One of the last things that Gungi told me days before he passed away while he was in hospice care was, "Take care of my boys, Gruno." I think about Gungi every day.

Again, thanks lakini18 (and many others) who showed their support via those auctions. thumbsup.gif

Thanks for sharing your memories of Gungi, Gruno. It's evident from your post and the numerous entries on the guestbook he was an important member of the Live family and a much loved man. And thanks lakini18 for posting pics of the Live postcards. They look great!
