A Fan From Far, Live, Argentina, me and the hope Options

I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. And I've always do.

I listened Live in 1994 for the first time. The song was "Operation Spirit"; it was on a tape that a friend gave to me. I loved the song, and I asked who the band was. Of course, I copied on my own tape. One year later, I heard "All Over You" on MTV. And that was. I had becomed a fan. In fact, "AOY" is my all time favourite song.

I bought "Throwing Copper" and listened million times. Along with "Secret Samadhi", that was the only album of Live that appeared in our stores. Months later, I get "Mental Jewelry" imported, in a very funny way. Later, an american friend makes me a CD copy of the "Death of a Dictionary" tape. And since that, I've bought any Live album outside my country. "TDTH", in fact, was bought in Germany. Both "V" and "Birds of Pray" in USA, and I get "SFBM" from Europe. I absolutely love the band, and is by far my top favourite of all time.

And, here's the drama: I've never seen them live.

+Live+ was never here and I couldn't travel to Brazil (the nearest place) when they played there. I've seen hundreds of videos of their live performances and I know, by sure, that they rocks. I positively know that the chances of +Live+ playing in Buenos Aires are less than zero. They weren't here at the top of their popularity, which by the way never was very big here (beside of me, of course) and they are not going to come now.

But I'll never lose my hope. And still have this great page to visit
