Yes! Chris messes up the lyrics a little too much for my taste as well. He should master them. It's a bit his job as the frontman of the band. I think he is a nervous person and he is still not so used at shows. It doesn't excuse him though.

But the way he performs: with passion, humility, agression, desperation and angst exceeds by a whole lot the lyrics mistakes. So I'll take that anytime over the Throwing Copper tour Ed proposes.

Ed tours a lot. Good for him. But touring Throwing Copper for a whole year and more???? This album was an important rock album, but not to that extent! He saves himself by doing acoustic shows for the most part (money and voice power). No angst performing TC's songs, just playing them for playing them. Youtube proves it.
