Live4life: Thank you for the applause. I commend your comments as well regarding +LIVE+ and Shinn. As for the drama on the board, since I'm a newb here, I don't know much about that. But I can tell you that after participating in message boards for music and sports of my interests since Internet began, they are all the same--drama and enemies in every single one. However, I have a need to talk with others about music that I love (the magic power) in me and that good outweighs the bad/drama. In fact, when I was a kid, I was a pen pal (yes, snail mail) to hundreds (before technology) discussing music. Twenty five years later, I have made many lifelong friends through mail and boards, some who I've had the pleasure of meeting. A quote by Alex Gaskarth (don't ask me who he is though) wonderfully summarizes my love for music, its affect on my life, and the connections to fans: "Never underestimate a girl's love for her favorite band. Never think, even for a minute, that she won't defend them to her death. Because it's not just the music that makes the band her favorite. It's the guys, it's the gals, it's the fans. People of whom she has interacted with, thanks to the band. That band might have saved her life. Or maybe they just make her smile every day.  That girl's favorite band, they've never broken her heart. They have yet to leave her.  No wonder she finds such joy in their music."
Even though +LIVE+ sort of is the first band to leave me.

feverpusher, I enjoyed reading your post. You have many valid points. I really enjoyed TGF too and if they have to carry on with +LIVE+, they should just stick with new material. I think because Ed's lyrics are so deeply personal to him, they should have never had Shinn sing his songs. Hearing
Shinn sing the old stuff hurt me to my soul and was SO disrespectful to Ed. Whether you hate Ed
now or are indifferent, you have to admit it was/is in bad taste.
