I was just looking up +LIVE+ vinyl on ebay yesterday and also came across this. As a collectible it is worth what a person is willing to pay for it. I don't collect, I have a few records. As much as I would love this, I would not pay $600 for a record I would listen to over and over again. $200 is probably a fair price.
