Whitediscussion.com, Does anyone else find it boring? Options

Ok, let me start by saying that i am a fan of the new Live with Chris Shinn. That being said, i think that message board is really kinda dull and bland compared to the way this board was. I think this board is way more objective and people are "allowed" to say what they feel about Live, be it negative or slightly negative. I think criticism is justified if it's constructive and makes sense, after all it is only opinions. I think on that board it's like one big, pardon my french: "ass-kissing session"! This of course is only my honest opinion and don't get me wrong there are alot of cool things about that site, like the band actually is a part of it and so on, so don't hate me i'm just sharing some thoughts.

Horse is the last song on every wide release copy of Throwing Copper, nothing technical about it. (one exception might be on vinyl where PD and horse is missing)

Pokey, you're wrong about pretty much everything: this isn't an anti-wd thread, we should talk about wd here anytime in any capacity, fansoflive is not a misnomer, i'm not upset, there are no misconceptions about wd made here, addressing the exclusivity of debates doesn't justify it as being the a better preference, etc.

I enjoy WD being the official forum. I don't know if it was Chad's idea, or OTD, or whomever, but it resolves an issue in Live's fanbase. It's brilliant to keep some of the obsessed Chad fans quarantined by a closed membership, and make them feel satisfied with a sponsorship from the band. They're getting what they want with closeness to Chad, in exchange for greatly limiting their trolling onto other message boards which might have some members that have an emotional capacity to dislike the new music with Chris, or enjoy Ed post-2003, or not jump to conclusions about the breakup.
