Going through my stuff and found this poor quality video. Not sure if this has already been posted but I believe the setlist is:

not sure if anyone is interested in this, but I should have it done soon. What's interesting is that the video is uncut (maybe) while the FLAC broadcast that dangum reuploaded is edited down. Four tracks have been edited out for the broadcast. I am syncing the FLAC broadcast to the video, and filling in the gaps with the audio from the ASF video. I tried to improve the ASF audio some, but it was compressed pretty heavily.

I thought when the ASF video was first posted that this would be a good thing to do one day and here you are already taking care of it - great work
