I literally haven't listened to Ed do any LIVE tracks since the split. I do own both Alive and The Garden, both are alright, no where near great. But I was curious since I just got back from AC, to see how he sounds on POD. Not a bad version, but it's just not the same Ed anymore, and that's what I expected. It just reminds me that I am very grateful to have the rock and roll grit back into my favorite band now even though that means no Ed. In order to save the integrity of these early songs a change had to be made, and I'm happy for both parties. Let them both do what they want, I'm cool with that now.
