Ed Kowalczyk (Ed K) and just to go on record to clear up any confusion - every single lyric, lyrical melody and 90% of the music of "Live" was written by me. The others had next to zero involvement in the creative output of the band. Anyone who says otherwise is a liar and knows it. Peace

In that case: be honest and just admit that the one album Chad Chad and Patrick recorded after the break up was so much better and creative than all the discs Ed released so far... I hope you even listened to that, bacause if not I wonder how you can judge them at all anyway.

Let me ask you one thing. Are you one of the few people on earth that think that the versions of Selling the Drama, Lakini's Juice, etc. Ed performs with his musicians are just at the same level as the versions LIVE performed in the 90ies? And aside from the performance, do you think Ed performs them as good as well? Just asking, but in that case it's quite obvious how you think and we don't have to discuss this topic any further

You mean Gracious few? No, i didn't like it. Only song i really liked was honest man and that was about it. Dude, i am a fan of this band from the beginning so why would you even ask how can i judge them at all anyway?? Wow. JUST like pretty much everyone else judges! From being a fan for over 20 years. And yes, imo most of the stuff eds put out appealed to me a lot more.

Sorry if that upsets you but i don't like something just to fancy up to people that tend to flock together and like something just to like it. Nope.
There is no way the songs even sound remotely close with shinn.
Have you watched videos? So yes, the songs sound ten times better than they do with shinn.
I don't really give a fuck how you perceve my thinking, IF you can say the songs sound good with shinn than they do with eds current line up then not only do we not need to discuss the topic any further , you also need to get your ears cleaned out asap. I like what i like ...i love this new cd. As i said, here we are ...3 tours later, an EP. 2 new cd'slater....how much longer do they expect fans to wait for anything by them? I mean, really?
