Anyone know where to find RErecorded Lakini's Juice? Options

Link to Live's commercial below. Lakini's Juice has obviously been re-recorded and I'm curious to hear the whole thing. Anyone know where to find it?

Is it me, or do bands usually not spend as much time re-recording their old songs with their new singer?

And no new music in the commercial? Ed is much maligned for trading on the fact that he used to be in Live. Their new ad for the band is filled with music and lyrics written (at least in part) by someone who isn't even in the band anymore.

I get that they used the Shinn versions of the songs, but I don't know, something just rubs me the wrong way about that.

I think a big part of the new band is that they want to bring old Live back.

I am not sure that's even remotely possible.

Even if that is their intention, I assume the new album is going to contain new music. Why promote your new album with songs written (at least in part) by a dude who isn't in the band and isn't on the album?

And even still, if its ok for Live to "bring back old Live" by singing and re-recording the old songs, why do so many people bag on Ed for continuing to play the old songs which he wrote and sang on originally? I agree that advertising himself as "Ed of Live" makes no sense, but if it makes sense for Live to try to recapture their former glory utilizing the old music, same logic applies to Ed.

If you want to argue that what Live is trying to do is get back the Live they had when Ed was a better performer and songwriter, I again think that's impossible, but its a better argument.

They've never claimed to want to "move on" from Live like Ed.

People were way more critical of his shows sounding bad than of him being hypocritical about being "new"...if someone was bothered by Ed saying he was going to do something new then they haven't been paying attention to anyone in Live for the past 15 years. Everyone in Live has been hyping their new material unrealistically. Live said TDTH, V, BOP, and SFBM were all just a Live record that has new stuff which is their best material to date or brings the band full circle to their Throwing Copper roots. Even today, you see Chads fb messages saying that the studio recordings are incredible. It's just marketing for new albums. What else was Ed supposed to say when Alive came out?
