Here is a copy of a thread I started on WD in regards to the mess that contues to pile up since this bullshit started. I'm finished with it and I don't think it helps anyone, including Ed and Live. That really bothers me because all of us love and support these guys in different ways. I think it is detrimental to the well being and progression of both sides and is in direct contradiction to what this band has taught me to stand for and that includes Ed. So, good luck to you all. I sincerely hope everyone can just learn to stay on their side of the fence and stop throwing piles of shit at each other over to each others yard.

I want to say that over the past 6 months, I've grown tired of all the back and forth shit. People here may not like Ed and obviously have some sort of feud with Nick and Diane.

Now I have something to say. All of the fucking bullshit is doing Live no good. Fans on social media do not want to come to various avenues, only to see and read the constant vitriol and drama being spewed from BOTH sides. It is detrimental to the band and we all need to recognize and understand that. The idea is to attract new fans and not have them bombarded with constant drama and arguments that serve no purpose whatsoever but to drive people away. It has been a couple of years now and this fucking immature bullshit still carries on. As much as I dislike Diane at times, she is not going to stop for as long as she feels hated and begrudged by fans.

I stopped posting here for awhile because it all just got old. New fans coming to check this band out don't need or want to be subjected to this shit. IMO, it is not in the spirit of this band to continue on in this manner. I have asked her to stop and she has agreed to do so, as long as everyone else does.

Now, I know a lot of us are extremely disappointed and angry with Ed. But what's done is done. This has all just gotten so ridiculous and childish, that I am to the point where I no longer WANT to be a part of it and I no longer WILL be party to it. If it continues a moment longer, I will no longer post here, there, nor speak to ANYONE who continues to be a part of it. That includes everyone. I've done all I can to express my disappointment with Ed and what he has done, but that is over and it can't be taken back. I've vehemently defended this band and i believe they were done wrong in ways that hurt them very deeply. But carrying on this feud online and spreading constant shitstorms is detrimental to their well being musically in my opinion and I will no longer tolerate it from anyone. If one thing, the spirit of this band taught me to love and forgive, during a time when I was filled with hatred.

Dan has started to shut down threads and derail anyone from being spiteful towards Ed or towards Live. Despite all that has happened and contrary to what perceptions are, I believe Dan to be a genuinely good hearted person. I am not looking for attention or trying to do anything other then to end all the constant shit storming that I firmly believe to be detrimental to the progression of Live as they stand today.

So continue as you will, but know that I will no longer be party to it. you might as well delete my account here because I'm utterly sick of it right to the bone. I have no desire to read anymore of it whatsoever and I won't. I will have my accounts deleted in both places and follow the updates with Live by simply checking to see when they might hopefully tour in my neck of the woods. I believe Diane to be wrong on many levels and I've confronted her on them. But what I DO SEE, is that she is simply behaving as any person would who has been ostracized and backed into a corner.

I've spoken my peace and won't be coming back here for a few months whatsoeve and if shit hasn't settled down? A few more. I have not one fucking minute longer for any of this bullshit in my life and I'm not going to tolerate the continued immaturity I see from BOTH sides. So if y'all still want to keep on attacking each other and creating negativity around the resurgence of this band, have fun with it. the inability of many people to let it go, including many of YOU is just fucking unbelieveable to me. See you around sometime soon.
