The Songwriting of Live Options

In Ed's head, he is talking about how he has changed from rock and roll excess to finding god/family. Many of us here twist it into him singing about how he has changed to become a guy who backstabs his friends CC&P. This is probably the clearest way I can explain it here for someone who is new to the board

CCP had no problem taking 75 percent song writing credit and money for songs that Ed basically wrote 100 percent himself. I think that is a pretty crummy thing to do to a friend.

I think Ed's EP is actually very good, and getting positive reviews from his fanbase. The one actual review from a website was very positive as well. I'M the Proof is also doing very well on Alternative Addiction.com charting high on the singles chart for the past month.

I can handle criticism, but no one here has been able to admit that Ed did the bulk of the songwriting for Live, and got shafted on the royalties by CCP. Did I expect agreement on this site, absolutely not. However, it is the truth, and people know it.

What we know Nick is that you're a pathetic little cunt hiding behind his keyboard. For you to make that statement shows how utterly fucking ignorant you are of the situation.

It couldn't be further from the truth, to the polar opposite actually. The only person shafting anybody for anything is Ed K, and he will eventually have to answer for, and pay it back. Ed did do the bulk of the songwriting and was shafted for nothing.

EXCEPT???? to ask for 70% of the royalties from future LIVE tours, when he was only one quarter of the band? Sure thing Ed K, the new Live will tour and give you 70% of the royalties you think you're entitled to. What a fucking mega cunt.......and what a perfect match you are!
