Could you post what you are talking about? I'm curious and I have no idea what image you are referring to.

Poor old Ed, why can't he just be left to steal things in peace without having pricks trying to expose his underhanded deeds? These people should be ashamed of themselves, exposing a guilty man like that!

Ed used a cartoon simulation of a photo taken by Jimmy. I'm not sure if you can stop a person from selling his own image on a t shirt.

You really don't get it do you? Let me answer you with a question. Are you trying to tell me anyone who's ever taken a photo of an artist they don't own that copyright? Don't be stupid Nick. So basically a person like Bono owns every right to every photo taken of him? How about Obama? Every photo taken of Obama he has a right to use it? I think not. There's a reason why photographers imbed their copyright into their raw files and EXIF data. Ask any concert photographer. I also signed NO release form relinquishing any copyright over to artist. If you ever photograph any bands you'll see these forms I'm talking about. So really do your homework before posting your guesswork.

I admit that Jimmy knows more about picture copyright legalilty than I do. If he wants to sue over it and waste his money, go for it.
