I did some digging and I found this thread at the Evanescence boards:

Apparently it is from 2001 and some guy was trying to sell the video of Amy lee performing in a church. The fans don't have access to it but someone else should look into this besides me to see what they find.

Apparently some guy named Ryan on Yahoo groups has it and wanted to sell it to Wind up (?) to make some money. It is VERY valuable to the Evanescence community because it would be one of the oldest recordings they have of the band. http://www.evboard.com/dolphins-cry-17774-2.html
