There is sad new in the world of LIVE today. Public Affection mentor and producer, Benjy King has passed away. Benjy was responsible for introducing the band to its longtime manager David Sestak in 1988 and produced 1989's Death of a Dictionary. Benjy was a keyboardist and original member of Patty Smyth and Scandal who's numerous hit singles include "The Warrior" and "Goodbye to You".

Despite some people's attempts to make this an issue to further their agenda with talk of grudges when it seemingly has absolutely nothing to do with anything here, gotta say it sucks for the guys, they seem to have lost quite a few people close to the band. Funny how some people can be basically unknown to the wider Live community yet they played such an integral part. sad.gif
