QUOTE
Live bassist Patrick Dahlheimer did an interview with us in 1997 about the pitfalls of success. The band was at the height of their fame in Europe after the release of their album "Secret Samadhi", and a Toazted crew was flown in from Amsterdam to London to do this interview:

"The commercial side of Live is in a business that's full of building stars and of making somebody seem more than what they are. It sort of builds up the ego. We constantly have to try to shun that off and get rid of it to stay normal."

I don't need to listen to the interview to understand what he's talking about. Nice find though.

Thanks for posting Dan.

It's actually from 1999, Pat goes on to discuss leaving Radioactive and the challenge of no longer having an independent label as a 'buffer' against major label giant Universal.

Interesting in the context of what CT had to say about the pressure and influence of the record company to release 'V'...

Thanks for clarifying the date. I haven't had a chance to listen to it so I was relying entirely on the details provided in the YouTube description.
