Does anyone have this (either the clear or white versions)? If so, which version do you have and how is the sound?

Thanks.

finally got my german press in the mail the other day. Haven't had a chance to spin it yet (or the coke bottle version for that matter). The white is definitely the heaviest of the three, and the coke bottle is thinner than the other two. I don't normally collect variants, but I'm glad to have all three now of my favorite album smile.gif

while it's generally been referred to as clear (the one on the far left in my photo) by Live fans, in the vinyl community that color is commonly referred to as "coke bottle" blue or green. Here's the reference:

I don't think many records were being pressed in that color at the time. Live was really a fan of it. IIRC, the Lakini's Juice and Dolphin's Cry 10"s were both that color as well. I wouldn't call this record "clear." I own many clear records that don't have this color tint to them.

here is an example of a "clear" record: http://theystillpressvinyl.files.wordpress...05/imag0031.jpg

Generally, I prefer just to have a heavy black record, for sound quality, but the coke bottle variants look really cool! Here's a recent coke bottle record I picked up:

That would be cool to display with a light that changes colors behind it.
