Red Hot Chili Peppers, New album "I'm With You" Options

Don't know if there was already a thread, but whatever. new album = reason enough to start a new one.

New album coming up, I'm With You, first since the 2006' Stadium Arcadium. For the first time since 1995 (I think) with a new guitarist. Previous one (Frusciante) was really, really good in my opinion.

The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie, first single since the 2007 Hump the Bump, will premiere on radio this Monday!

I'm curious to hear how they have evolved after the hiatus and if they'll come with a new sound. I'm sure the good 'ol Peppers sound will be there though!

Kid, I personally love their early funk stuff. I prefer their pre-Californication and even pre-Hot Minute era

But I think you must really start from Californication and then - Blood Sugar Sex Magik as a casual newcoming fan
