See here you go trying to draw me into your little fantasy world, like the one you picture in your head where both EK and your idol the Hulkster are in tights and some how locked up in the ring. Calm down fanboy, as I know that mental image has you all hot and bothered. The truth is though I am a journalist and yes I have worked in and around the music industry for the better part of almost 20 years, I know when my opinion is needed. Unlike yourself, you have no validation for slamming Shinn. It's simply misplaced aggression and hurt from the fact that your idol's career is now relegated to playing the casino/county fair circuit. That's okay EK chose this lifestyle and that is is fine by all of us if that is his chosen path. However, to come on here and spew your misdirected hate towards someone that A. You have never met, B. Someone you have never seen perform live, and C. Someone you have never obviously listened enough to from his solo and other work to warrant a valid judgement of his vocal abilities.

I know you enjoy all the attention you get on here, you always have. It's amazing that my old friends who were on here years ago used to have the same arguments with you 5-7 years ago. Oh and guess what those old school fans are ready for what you call LIVE 2.0: They are the diehard fans who shot down Charred Mountain like myself, they are the the fans from Central PA and the York area who know the real EK and exactly what went down, they are the LIVE family that I surrounded myself with all those years ago when I became a fan of this band. Unlike yourself who never loved LIVE and that is obvious, you loved a lead singer and his voice you could give two shits about a band dynamic.

Maybe I should be like my good friends (Jen and Heather) that walked away from here because of your shenanigans and the fact that our band had fell pray to the wolves den. I really am tired of you, if you wanted personal venom I could release it and it would make you run so far away from here fanboy you'd never want to come back. However, unlike you I won't set behind a keyboard and take potshots from a distance. I assure you if you were to actually meet many of the individuals that you have done your damnedest to push away from here or insult you would be singing a different tune. I know for a fact that if we were sitting in the same room you would be. So with all of that said, you have no basis for your judgement on Shinn or the guys other than 2 dress rehearsals, so until then I think you should reserve your judgement. Have a good day
