I'm not doubting OTD's insider status....
I'm questioning why tell me to take it with a grain of salt when it comes from a straight shooter....I tend to take them literally.

From what I know??

Ed will not be rejoining Live period. KM can think and say whatever he wants, it's just entirely unlikely to ever happen.

I will say for one, that if anyone, including KM, thinks it's OK for CCP to get back together with ED after everything that happened? He's a fucking idiot, plain and simple.

However, I think KM is just trying to be Mr Peacemaker. The band was great once, but with Ed demanding creative control?? The band had absolutely no future. I can tell you one thing for sure, that is if they ever do get back together and they release one single song ALA The River or any of that shit?? I'm fucking entirely done supporting any of them. They completely sacrificed their artistic integrity once for the good of the band and themselves. If they knowingly do it again? I won't be around to support of speak a single word of them ever again.

But yeah, from what I know?? It's simply not happening unless Ed concedes creative control and it goes back to where it was before. But I think any of CCP will tell you, their idea of rock and what LIVE is, is far different than what Ed thinks it is, that's for god damned sure. I would love to see them rekindle some kind of friendship and common ground again, but musically?? I will not EVER support Ed fronting this band again......and I don't think I EVER have anything to worry about in that regard.
