If you bought SFBM from the Sony Store and were supposed to receive the free autographed booklet and free poster, do you think we'll really end up getting them now?

I got an email from "the band" that said they were on tour overseas and that would sign my book and send the stuff out when they got back. Got this email about a month ago.

I'm sure that it will still be sent after this tour ends. I sent an email to Sony a while ago and they said that they will send it when it's ready but the band is on tour and they can't autograph the stuff until they return. Why would Sony reply to my email and state that if they had no intention of doing it? And many people purchased it and they took our money. I don't think Sony would sell you something, take your money and then never deliver what they sold.

I don't think the poster was supposed to be autographed, just the booklet if you preordered early enough to get one. But crumpled up? I'd definitely email them. I haven't checked my mail yet...I'm scared.

Edit: Mine came, too, and it's a little crumpled up at the bottom. I'm not going to complain, though, because it'll look fine after I put it in a poster frame.

I got my poster today as well, also in crumpled condition.

I called Sony about the booklet and talked to a very nice lady who said that they have gotten a lot of e-mails and calls about the preorder gifts and that the posters just came on Tuesday and decided to send them out separately from the booklets because they don't have those in yet. She said that they are hoping to get the booklets in by Thursday and then they have to wait for the band to come in and sign them. As for the poster being crumpled she said that I could send it back and they would replace it for me but I don't really care that much about the poster so I'm going to keep it.

The posters are not autographed however, the booklet that you will be receiving is autographed. We should be receiving the booklets soon.

I got the same wrinkled up crap that everyone else did. The invoice with it actually says Autographed Poster so that's a bit messed up.
