Hey FansOfLive,
Just moments ago Live performed their 1st. single 'The River'. The performance was great and i saw some of the crowd really getting into it which is great to see. Hopefully this would give em a boost in the music in Australia. Also what did everyone else think of their performance? Can't wait to see the boys in Oz and wish them all the very best.

Haha yes! I just saw it. Groovy, not the best, but what the hell?? Where was that performance? How did LIVE get there???!

The Footy Show was broadcasting from Germany tonight for the World Cup, that's why Live was there...

It was terrible in my opinion. Although, I just can't get over that song. I don't like it. They just seemed drained and bored.

they sounded good, but i was a little dissapointed that they chose to do "the river"
I was hoping for them to rock the place with "Lakini's juice" or for the debut of "Mystery".
and there still calling "the river" a new single???

Yep dissapointed also.It was a good performance of the song,almost too good,I'm not sure the rest of the band was actually live...
The crowd were drunk and rocking,they wanted a sing a long,I alone or something would of rocked the house. Missed opportunity.

not to be a negative nelly, but they sucked major ass. No one in the crowd got into it, just a couple of drunk aussie soccer fans who were happy to be on tv.

I thought it was great - Ed looked awesome, they sounded solid and I felt it was worth sitting through the whole footy show for. There is no point in them performing an old song to plug a new album even if its what we'd rather hear.

Definitely......... I agree. New song off the new cd. I also agree with the post where Mystery is mentioned. I'd have performed that one instead of The River, but it's their call.
