I’ve fallen down the rabbit hole of Italian rock band Måneskin (glam, alternative) who have become international after winning some kind of contest like The Voice. Give them a listen and more importantly, a look. Their glamness is stunning and they already have a commanding stage presence. They have 3 releases and I love it all, even the songs in Italian. I saw them on Rockin’ NYE, but they’ve been on The Tonight and Ellen shows and opened for The Rolling Stones.

I don’t think so. They are just starting to grow internationally, and just recently came to the states for the first time to perform. Begging is actually a cover that I’m pretty sure they did for Italian X Factor & then recorded it. I hear they are working on new stuff and it might have more songs in English. Let’s see.
Edit to add: They have better songs not popular on radio, like I Wanna Be Your Slave, MammaMia, and Zitti e Buoni.

Their SNL performance was fantastic.
For perspective, they won Sanremo 10months ago, and Eurovision 8 months ago.
