Sports teams are all offering logo face masks on their sites. Disney is selling themed ones online. I've also seen a few bands doing the same. Definitely would be interested in a SS or TDTH inspired face mask. The Live red cross logo would be a pretty cool option too.

Wish these guys would be more creative with their brand!

I made a wish for masks in the quarantine stream thread. Ones that say “Shoot That Fear” or “Fear Is Not The End Of This” would be really cool.

I agree, Līve aren’t creative with their brand. I’d love to know who all works behind the scenes for them, if anyone. Or if they just hire people short term for projects.

They definitely leave a lot money/opportunities/ideas on the table. I wonder how much of this is just not realizing the opportunity is there and how much is fear that the plan will flop. Not selling masks is probably an easy thing for a band to not see the opportunity in, but this is the same band the released a song people had been waiting years for and then never promoted it or played it live.

^ THIS!

I will never understand. I’ve been waiting and waiting for an interviewer with enough knowledge about them to just ask as to why. I just know it could be brought up and asked about in a way that doesn’t come across as rude.

Our wishes for a Līve mask came true. New merchandise is available for preorder!

Also including the cool shittowne t-shirt CG posted a while back on his Insta.

We've gone over the theories about a bajillion times though. it probably becomes very clear when you look at the metrics. Only a sliver of the fans in attendance know or care about hold me up. It's just the b-sides to the throwing copper album. There's only one guitar, what is Chad supposed to do while Zak does all the playing?

Yes, and we’ve also said a billion times if Līve had properly promoted it as a single (question still exists as to why they didn’t and I’m not finished talking about it), and perhaps got it some air play, the great song that it is, it would have really taken off. They still could have played it in last year’s set as is. Who cares! Bands play new songs all the time. They played Love Lounge on the Counting Crows tour.

I don’t care what Chad T. is to do while Zak played it. Crowd surf? Hop down between the stage & rail and sign some autographs? Have a beer and take some selfies with people in the front row? Am I the only person in this forum with an imagination?

when was the last time Live was able to put something on the radio for even moderate rotation. Heaven in 2003? Nothing would happen if Live tried to promote Hold Me Up.

That movie in which Hold me Up was used, showed there was a market for Hold Me Up outside the fanbass. People were searching for the song on Youtube. A lot of comments on the demo version by people that just found out about LIVE.

I know it's hard to believe but that movie was over a decade ago. Who knows how it would have done in today's market but Live never gave it a chance by refusing to play it on the tour it was technically released for.

I am sure east coast stations would have played it, & possibly satellite radio. They will never know, because they didn’t try.

We got off topic, sorry. Hopefully everyone saw the new merchandise. Who is getting the mask? I don’t know if I will since it’s kind of late in the game. I really like the shirts and tote.

New mask on the site in the pre-order section, along with a few other things.

Bummer that the type of mask they are selling doesn't fit me. Also don't care for the material.
