How does Ed stay so skinny? Options

Do you think he's just born that way? I mean he drinks a lot of Coronas every night. And he does not even have a gut. Maybe he's just really lucky.

He was talking about it once. They only tour so many days out of the year, the rest of the time he can really focus on eating right, etc. When they are on tour, he still works out everyday and tries to eat well. It's not hard to do if you just eat a decent amount of work out, which he does. Also, playing a show like that burns a significant number of calories.

remember, Ed was putting on some weight not too long ago, so he decided to go and lift some weights, and yes, he's eating more healthy foods. but i also think it has something to do with good genes....

I think some of it is genes as one of my ex-boyrfriends had exactly the same physique as Ed and Adam. He could eat and drink anything and never put an ounce on... now I remember why I hated the bastard.

If you take a look at Ed from the early BoP era, like around the last PinkPop they played, he certainly had gained some weight. He started lifting and lost it. Good for him.
