When Awake was released in 2004, there were 3 different track listings depending on where it was sold. The US version of Awake contains a new shorter edit of Pillar of Davidson.

It's not a radio edit where the intro/outro are cut down, but a massive 2 minutes and 20 seconds is slashed from that track. It totally ruins the the flow of the song and whoever gave the green light to have it included in the compilation needs to have their decisions questioned wink.gif

Anyway, I've uploaded the track to YouTube for those who haven't heard it before.

all the edits on this cd are whack. they also should have put the xm mix of we deal in dreams instead.

To be honest I never bothered listening to Awake. The only reason I bought it was for the DVD. I'll have to take a closer listen to the CD and see how the other tracks are affected...

I'll have to listen again. But I recall liking the xm mix more. I think it has a higher pitch.
