Just curious - does this exist? Or did they stop in 2005, with the exception of the two MP3s from 2009ish? (Mallrat and Photograph)

Yes, a CD was produced for the 2006 FOL Holiday gift.

(You can find a pic of the back cover in that thread)

After 2006, CDs were no longer produced for the Holiday gift. We started getting phone holders, stickers, corkscrew, downloadable content and stuff like that.
