I am fulfilling a request made by OutToDry.

Here is a good audience shot concert from the Secret Samadhi tour.

This DVD does not have a track selection menu nor accurate chapter points but it is the entire show. Although it's shot from the back of the venue, it has very good close ups.

It comes from a low to medium generation tape so the PQ is good for its age.

If anybody wants to re-author this, then go ahead but I am still searching for a better quality copy if it's available.

Thank you very much.

I've been around the Live bootlegs trading circle from 1999 to 2001 and never heard about this one !!

There are two versions of this show. There is also another angle that is further away and focuses more on full stage shots. I unfortunately no longer have that version.

wow, would be great to get both and make a composite. I might try running some filters on this video before I reauthor. Might not be worth it though. Do you recall the quality of the other POV?

SS was an fantastic era. They still had the rawness of the TC era, but obviously also some more years of experience and a lill more control
A shame that I was too young to know about the band back then.

Thanks Dan!

It was shot from a similar location, except there weren't as many closeups. The picture quality was good. I had it on VHS years ago, but from Iris onwards the audio would cut in an out. So I gave the tape away.

Can you give an example? (eg. which song/timecode?)

A tip for those who are watching this DVD on their PC with VLC.

When the video is playing:
1. Click on Video menu. Select "Deinterlace" --> On
2. Click on Video menu. Select "Deinterlace Mode" --> Blend

Dan, nevermind. I burned this to dvd and it's all good. VLC caused a problem.

THis vid captures the sheer magic of Live. It needs to be watched by all newer fans of the band, circa 2000 on and it will explain all you need to know and understand!!! thumbsup.gif

anyone pick up on the 'Where Fishes Go' opening lyric in Operation Spirit refrain? I have to check other SS boot and see if this was done before this recording date.
