So, as I sit at home on hour 2 of 96 straight hours of call for toxicology, I was thinking about Ed's lyrical medical mistakes. First, Unsheathed: "free love is a knife through the jugular vein, son." Tard, there are 2 jugular veins, external and internal, on both sides, or bilaterally as we say in the biz. Second, Sofia: "the black widow's a spider...won't take one minute til you're curled up dead beside her." Tard, black widows don't kill you unless there is major, major medical malpractice at play. That's all I can think of for now... can anyone think of others? I'm sure there are tons, seeing as how Ed is a tard. Fuck you, Ed!!!!

Ed is bad. The only thing Ed is good at is ruining a good band.

Now this one may not be so much a medical mistake BUT if a woman was giving birth would a good doctor actually let a placenta fall to the floor? I mean to avoid unnecessary mess and logistics of being on a bed like table would make pretty hard to happen. Something tells me in Ed's personal experience at delivering babies he has a case of the "oops butter fingers!"

Yes, excellent point. I have delivered about 10 babies and you must always catch the placenta in something so you can inspect it for completeness. If there is retained placenta this could be a major problem. Also, it is also insinuated by Ed's description of events that the placenta comes almost immediately after the baby, which is not the case. At least in the deliveries I did, it always took at least 5 minutes, and sometimes up to 20 for the placenta to be delivered. Technically, it can take up to 30 minutes before it becomes a potential emergency. Ed is such a misinformed redneck...maybe he realized this after his whore of a wife delivered their little brats and he figured his lyrics never meant anything anyway, why not write a bunch of bullshit from now on?
