Isn't it funny how when I first heard this my thought was "who the hell is Clarence Clemons? Can't really be a big deal" and now it seems like his death is akin to the Queen or Pope dying, it seems like he was everyone's favorite person. This is what happens when you're not a Springsteen fan, you fall out of the loop.
Still, always sad seeing someone die young.

Good Bye to the Big Man - A HUGE loss to the musical world!

A devistating blow to the great, the amazing, E-Street Band!

Glad I got to see them last time they were on tour - nothing else like it!

Wish the thread I made for the show got a little more action: http://www.fansoflive.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2470

Not a huge fan of U2 but they dedicated a song to the big man at a concert this past weekend.

Seen the Big man several times, he'll be missed. His musical footprint reaches across decades

He was actually my grandparents' neighbor in their condo on Singer Island, FL. I lived just a few miles away and visited often, and ran into him a few times in the elevator. He was a giant to me as a little kid, but always very nice. He'll be missed.
