The band is quitting Ed Kowalczyk.

They required a lead-band bonus and paid only 10% of their income to him. Ed Kowalczyk disbands.

We will soon see their billboards, saying: The Band, the ex-lead band of Ed Kowalczyk

I don't think Ramy with with the band anymore. This looks like a promo picture that Ed posted on his FB page. The guy to the right is the bassist's brother, I think. He filled in for a couple of shows for Ramy last year and has been playing at Ed's most recent shows.
