Damn I saw the word Maryland and just about peed my pants! Still hoping for a Baltimore area date! And a PA one of course! I'm also worried that their kick off of the tour is happening the same week I will be in NC on vacation! I really hope I don't miss a show!

On the TV interview before the Fat Daddy's show they mentioned Baltimore as a destination. I imagine it would be Sonar. Live played there twice in the last 4-5 years. I went to both shows and give Sonar 2 thumbs up. It's a small, intimate place, easy to get to, parking isn't a hassle and...the beer prices are actually reasonable!! Hope you're not in NC.

I hated Sonar. Worst Live concert I ever saw. It seemed like the band hated it too. They just came off of playing stadiums throughout Europe and OZ and then played this little 10 foot stage that was 1 foot off the ground with stage lights that could hit their heads. I would much prefer Rams Head in Baltimore.

The 1st Sonar show was the worst I had seen as well, but the last show they played there blew that away. It was really night and day. Which was the last time I ever saw them, so happy that they played PLOTR the last show I ever saw. When I saw them at Rams Head when they were doing the warm up dates for SFBM tour that was awesome, minus Ed's High School Musical dance moves of course. They did the best version I've ever heard of Operation Spirit that night, tore it up. I'd much rather see them at Rams Head as well. I just figured since they had a history at Sonar that may be the place until their name really gets out there. I've never heard anyone else have anything negative to say about other shows at Sonar, but yes, that 1st one blew ass.

The Sonar is the smaller of the two venues, so bet on that. I've seen Alter Bridge at the Sonar, and they tore the place up, what a great show. I've seen Dropkick Murphys and Sick of it All at Rams Head, and that was another amazing show.

I actually really like Sonar. I saw Alter Bridge there too and a Ryan Adams show. I like that it's really small and intimate and kind of gritty. I think it wasn't well suited for Live because there wasn't enough room for Ed's head on that little stage but I think it would be perfect for TGF! Bring it! I will be there! Rams Head is an awesome venue too but the sound in that place is not always great depending on the band and that worries me.
