Can anybody explain to me why we don't have any recordings of other TGF songs from the secret show? Did TGF give intructions not to make them available?

That's weird. The only three recordings we have, Appettite, Tredecim and Lakinis, are of songs we know already. It is too coincidental to be just coincidence. TGF performed 15 songs and nobody from the audience recorded any other song?

I know damn well that I shit the bed on it. My Blackberry was borderline dead when I entered the club, from all up the updates and browsing I did all day. When they played the new songs, I was so intent on listening to them and getting to hear them that I didn't think about trying to record them. When Lakini's came on, I just knew that I had to get some of it to prove that they delivered where as Ed and his merry band of rejects ruined the song.

My friend, i do not blame you for this, you did a brilliant job and we thank you for the updates and the pics. For me, it was amazing that i could read updates about TGF show while i was thousands of miles away from the States - and that because of you. But there were more that 300 people there. Are you the only one who attended and posts here?

I did not record anything. I'm nearly positive though I saw a guy who recorded both Adam's and TGF's set. I also saw this guy exchange his card with someone else at the end of the set. However, I don't know anything specific so I'm pretty useless here.

Similar to Aitkens, during the new stuff it was impossible to focus on anything but what was happening in front of you.

I posted that here from facebook. Perhaps that will surface. He wasn't there, it was a suggestion from brother to brother.

Here's what I know.

There was a taper who was going to record this show, but due to equipment malfunction on the night a recording did not eventuate. He did however see two other people taping the show. One guy had a video camera who was located towards the back of the venue (shot most of the concert, apart from the last 2 songs) and another was front row who had a video camera (battery ran out and wasn't able to get the full show) with a separate voice recorder (he thinks the entire show was recorded on audio).

This guy was able to get details from both tapers, but as far as I know none of the recordings have been released.

I hope The Gracious Few end up allowing taping and the upload of shows to Archive.org...

There was definitely a guy there with a full size video camera that i saw taping some of the songs. Now only if we knew who he was...

Anybody know of any popular Candlebox message boards out there where info may surface?

Found Tredecim on YouTube. Terrible audio quality.
