Yeah, isn't it the Greek word for "wisdom"? It does make sense in that way, like:

"One of these days I'm gonna dive into her waves
And bring back the meaning of it all"

and:

"Sofia, rain down on me
And I'll never be the same
I wana feel ya, Sofia
Fallin down on me like rain"
