Can anyone post the show from 6-20-1998? I believe it was from a festival in North Carolina. Some rare tracks were performed, incl Vine Street, Don't Wait, Sun & Meltdown. It would be greatly appreciated. Someone decided they'd like to keep the copy I lent them and I don't have back up. DOH!!!

That would be the Summer Sounds Festival. If you are still looking for it I can upload it. Let me know.

That would be absolutely fantastic, most appreciated. I'm usually great about logging who has what borrowed from me, but nobody is saying they have it. Buzzkill!! Do you have it in a flac or mp3 format? I don't have any software to convert rar files.

Thank you so much badman for your link, unfiortunately I don't have anything to convert rar files. Is there anything free you can suggest? Or possibly mikizle will have flac or mp3's for me.

Did u all see the post where K Martin said TGF would be playing obsucre Live & Candlebox songs. I'm hoping their referring to these rarities like Don't Wait, Still Aroused, etc, not things that were actually on Live albums. I've seen a lot of negative posts about K Martin that I just don't get. Back in the day I saw C-Box a few times and he had a great stage presence and was really into their performance. He may not have as polished as voice as Ed (but Martin's also not trying those horrible falsettos!), but I don't understand all the negativity I've seen over the last few months, he has a great rock voice, and I'm looking forward to passionate, rock music from them. I'm a diehard from the 1st time I heard the snare drum crack on PLOTR, but SFBM & V lacked passion and rockers for sure. Seems to me ever since Ed became buddies w/ Daughtery he's wanted to be a pop star as well.

Thanks to all who replied to me, I really appreciate it, it's great being part of a community like this.

A 'rar' file is like a ZIP file. Just download WinRAR and then you'll be able to unzip the file and listen to the mp3s inside the archive.
You can get WinRar from: http://www.rarlab.com/

If you're a Windows user you can use 7-zip, which is free, to extract rar files.
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sevenzip/7z465.exe

EDIT: Damn Daniel... beat me to it by a minute :-P

You might still want to give 7-zip a go though, as I'm not sure what the restrictions are with using the trial version of winrar.

Thanks again badman, just dl'ed this. It is missing track 3 (selling the drama) and 15 (lightning crashes). Are 15-18 on this file "bonus tracks" from other dates, or did i have an incomplete recording originally? The original recording I had only had 15 songs, w/ #15 being LC, not Cheetah.

What a great set list and energy. Man, I really miss that era, they were rocking out and at their pinnacle, at least in my opinion. After TDTH it was downhill.

Thanks so much! And thanks to all for the software recomendations as well. I remember years ago seeing video of a show from TDTH, it was on someones site, and I've never seen it since. Anyone have any idea what I'm referring to? Or any video of shows from that era? I don't recall ever seeing video from that era on bootleg heaven.

Can't wait for TGF!

Happy Thanksgiving all.

I put a few Live shows up on youtube incl. a couple from TDTH era. I can upload to mediafire if there's anything there you want.

Here's the link to my youtube channel. It's easiest to get an overview of the full shows if you go to my playlists:

Hmm... How Odd. The 3 tracks I have at the end sound like they are from the same show. I thought I picked this up from Bootleg heaven so I could understand how I missed song number 3. I'd like it if someone could confirm if cheetah was actually played at Summer Sounds.

Cheetah definitely wasn't played at Summer Sounds. Cheetah was only played during the tour for Throwing Copper.
