Why would they release the album over here while the band is overseas? From a marketing/promotion standpoint, it makes no sense!

The only reason that I could think why they pushed the album back again is because they felt that The River was not a good choice as a first single and is not getting picked up by radio. I have a feeling that a new single will be released soon, probably mystery or show.
