I said overrated only because Ed recently said it is one of his favorites. It is definitely not that good.

I think it's a great song (one of my favourites) and as far as Ed goes, it will translate beautifully to an acoustic number.

It looks like the consensus is that it is overrated or at least one of Live's better songs. It's definitely one of the bright spots to TDTH which I believe to be one of Live's best albums.
