It sounded great, thanks again.

Just so I have understanded it :
Flac has bether sound than Mp3?
You can't burn flac files on a cd and play it on a regular cd player?

MP3 is the compressed presentation of the uncompressed WAV (= CD) music file, but with musical quality loss.
FLAC is the "compressed" presentation but without musical quality-loss
(Therefore the name : Free Lossless Audio Codec)

And NO: You can't directly burn to CD --> you have to make an audio CD from the FLAC-files.
NERO can do that for you (with a ?neccesary? plug-in.

Technically FLAC is a superior in quality, however I'm not convinced that one can hear the difference when it comes to an audience recording like this. If this was a production level studio recording, then absolutely FLAC would be better.

I completely agree with you.
The difference is hard to hear, maybe one can measure it (but even that I doubt).
