A couple of years ago I obtained a copy of a Live concert from some one on Ebay. I still have not been able to figure out exactly what show it is. From TDTH era, It has GREAT sound quality so it leads me to believe that it was broadcast on a radio station or something. I believe he says holland in a part of one of the songs. Ironicly enough I think its a show from the pardiso on 6/29/99... anyone know for sure???? the setlist is
1. Where Fishes Go
2. Operation Spirit
3. All Over You
4. Selling The Drama
5. The Distance
6. Shit Towne
7. Sparkle
8. The Pillar Of Davidson
9. The Dolphin's Cry
10. Lakini's Juice
11. Imagine
12. Run To The Water
13. Dance With You
14. They Stood Up For Love
15. I Alone

if anyone can help than that would be great! thanks

The Distance to Den Haag?

Right you arrrrrrre! thumbsup.gif

It was recorded live at the Statenhal in the Hague, Holland on 2nd December 1999. One of the best bootlegs from the 1999 tour (the golden era for +Live+ IMO rockin.gif ).

Contains the versions of Sparkle and Shit Towne found on the Simple Creed single, and one of the all time best performances of I Alone. The medley with Feel The Quiet River Rage gives me goosebumps everytime guitar.gif bounce.gif yahoo.gif

You can download a more complete version of the show at http://www.bootlegheaven.com, and artwork at http://live4evil.com.

Dabutcher, I'd be interested to know if the CD is a silver CD or a CD-R? I have an mp3 version of the 15 track version you have and always assumed it was sourced from a silver CD syndicated radio promo.

No idea, but this might help:

Not the same show, but it has a very similar setlist, and it is a show in Holland, plus it has solid sound quality.

Hope that helps.

Excellent Powerman 5000 reference! I didn't think anyone remembered them. Not even myself!

As for any radio show released with this show, I'm afraid it doesn't look like it. You can check the radio shows released in 1999 here:

http://www.livediscography.com/lcr_sec4_1999.html

Doesn't look like it, though. As for an "official" bootleg (as in a CD versus a CD-R), I'm pretty sure that this was past the point where we were seeing bootlegs being pressed on CD. Things had mostly moved to MP3 or CD-R by this point. So, I doubt a silver disc of these tracks exists whatsoever.

Yup, it's a silver disk bootleg. IIRC parts of teh show were broadcasted on Dutch radio and this is sourced from the professional recording. It was a rememberable show indeed, if only for Muse opening before Live smile.gif

My friend Chantelle is nuts about that recording. She's into both bands in a big way, so she was on cloud nine when she heard it. music.gif

As bad as things have gotten in Live-Land over the past few years, at least Ed hasn't gone back to the red tracksuit pants.
