I recently bought a CD on the Dutch e-bay, titled: LIVE public affection.
It was released in 1996 and on the inside it says: This CD is fondly dedicated to the memory of Barbare Lewis. (1973-1993)
I had no idea what it really was but it turns out to be pretty good.
This is the tracklist and where it's recorded.

New York City, NY, 1995
1. Operation Spirit
2. The Beauty of Grey
3. Lightning Crashes
4. I Alone

Acoustic Set, "VARA Studios", Hilversum Holland on February 20th 1995
5. All Over You
6. Selling The Drama
7. Lightning Crashes
8. I Alone

Acoustic Set, "WNNX Studios", Atlanta, GA on June 3rd 1994
9. Iris
10. Selling The Drama
11. T.B.D.
12. Mirror Song
13. Supernatural
14. Operation Spirit

"Pink Pop Festival" Holland, on June 5th 1995
15. Shit Towne
16. Waitress

I know the songs from the WNNX studios, it's here on the site as well.
Other than that I had never heard these versions before and they all sound very good.. smile.gif
Especially the last 2 songs at Pink Pop really are great.

But, I was wondering, if any one has ever heard of this CD (is it official or not, dont think so).
Just tell me if you know it..

PS: Will take a picture of it and post in the next few days

Thanks heaps for sharing this. The Pinkpop tracks are especially good, shame the rest of the gig up on bootlegheaven isn't as good quality as this.

Just had to point out that the versions of Operation Spirit and The Beauty of Gray (track 1 & 2) are actually the ones available on The Beauty of Gray single:
- Operation Spirit (Live at the Chameleon, Lancaster, PA, 1992-01-24)
- The Beauty of Gray (Live at the Ritz, NYC 1992-04-24)

and the versions of Lightning Crashes and I Alone (track 3 & 4) are from the same show as many of the Throwing Copper era single B-Sides, listed as "Fall '94 American Tour" (a good portion of this show is also available on the "Slacker Generation" bootleg).

But as for WHEN and WHERE on the "Fall '94 American Tour" these songs were actually recorded is a question that has been perplexing me for many years... can anyone out there shed a bit of light on this?...
