Found this on ticketmaster today? Could this be a joke or mistake? Or perhaps its another summer tour with Blues Traveler replacing the Counting Crows.

Stay tuned..

this is a distinct possibility....i attended the starland show...and bought the autographed drum head that comes with 2 backstage passes....and was told by chad gracey (the only member who came out to the meet and greet)...that they were working out the details of touring with collective soul and blues traveller

now on to the meet and greet...when bought... we were told ed had a flight to catch early in the morning and he would not be attending the meet/greet....but were told the other members would..unfortunately this did not happen....the merchandise guy apologized and has promised free tix and passes next time they are in area (he left a way to contact...which i have not done)...but i am not counting on this happening... if it does great...if not i got slightly burned

chad was very friendly...and easy to talk 2

i actually asked him about the capacity of starland and was told 2200 by him...(i was asking as there is a club closer to me id hoped they would play...but alas its capacity is around 1000...so its a no go there)

the club was crowded...but 2200 seems about right for the attendance

anyone who cares...the autographed drumhead seems to be a new thing...they sell 3 used drumheads from the previous show autographed by the band...and they come with 2 backstage passes to that night show...they sell quickly...i wont provide a price as i have a feeling it varies by arena (mine was fair)...they are provided by chad (he confirmed)...its a way they got a few real fans, not radio winners/corporate people backstage

Another April fools masterpiece.

That ticketmaster thing is old. Blues Traveler was replaced by Counting Crows on the tour they just did. The way Live were received by CS fans, I wouldn't expect them to tour together ever again.

That Blues Traveler thing on ticketmaster is not old, it was just added to the site. Live got good reactions on the Triple Play Tour and on most co-headlining shows. The negativity from the tour came from a few CS fans on their message board who were upset that they weren't the headlining act.

The tour could happen, I guess we'll see.

Yes it is old. Last year, the original plan was to be CS, Blues Traveler and Live.

There is going to be a tour this summer that is comprised of Collective Soul/Train/Vertical Horizon.....

At least thats what they've been saying the last month or so on the main station down here.

I'd go to that one.

I'm not saying that Blues Traveler/Live/Collective Soul wasn't the original plan for last years tour, I'm saying it didn't show up on ticketmaster until now. Maybe since the tour fell through last summer, they decided to make it up this year.

We will soon see.

I'm all for it. I missed all of the shows I could have attended last year and LIVE and CS are my two favorites!

I'm having withdrawals from both bands...I haven't seen LIVE since July and CS in over two years! Hopefully I'll be able to cement plans with at least one of my friends to head up to Cleveland on Sunday to see them.

I reall wish Counting Crows and Live had come close to where I live last summer. That would have been a great show like it was the first time around. Collective Soul is better than a lot of the current stuff out there.
