Band (promo) pics over the years Options

At the start of the concert of Live in Leuven, dec 2004, during the Awake-tour, pictures of Live were shown on a screen during the years, from 1991-2004, and after that they came on stage and started the show. It was really cool to see how much they changed over the years, and how much they actually didn't change it was really nice.

As a male, I don't really care what each band member looks like, if Ed has a shaved head or not, I don't care if Pat has long hair or a beard, and if Chad is becoming fat or not (as long as he keep doing is cool stomps! ). But, on the other hand, I'm always interested in the promo pictures of a band. If it shows a rockband-feeling, or just a few guys on a photograph. Ofcourse, that has also to do with the photographer, but every Live era has his own promo pictures.

Cheers for posting those! Some really great shots in there. My favourite era of shots I think would be TDTH. There's something about those photographs on the inlay, that fit so well with the vibe. The worst is the 2nd Mental Jewellry photo...they look like the sort of ASBO scum you'd get in England. And it's great to see Pat sorting himself out come SFBM (in relation to the pics from V). Though is it me or has Chad T aged ten years from the V-BOP shoot?

I like to see the progression in photos as well as listening to the cd's in order. It's kinda like a journey to see and hear the changes. You get a real feel for how they have grown and their lives have changed over the years.

As far as my favorite photos I just love the SFBM photos, especially the second one. I feel a real strong connection with those sorts of nature photos anyway, even without the band, so to put them in that setting pretty much I'll always choose that as my fav. LOL. I also really like TDTH photos - the lighting/coloring gives it a nice vibe for me.
