The CD is skipping like crazy in my car's CD player. This has never happened with any other CD I've played in my car, so what gives? At first, my CD player just rejected the CD and said "err" on the display. Again, I never had this problem - what gives?

I got my free copy from Homespun and the digital download I put on CD as well. My copy has been playing fine in the car and on in home players, sounds like you just got a bad copy. No offense intended, but is there any possibility your player needs cleaning? Did you get your CD online or at a concert? Is there a bad batch floating around out there? I was going to order another copy for a friend, but maybe I'll wait and see what others have to say before I do.

The same thing happened in my friend's car when I tried to play it. I turned the cd over and it looked like there was something on the cd so I cleaned it with a cloth and it worked fine.

Mine works fine in any CD player so far.

I did notice though that the CD reads no artist information (the artist and songs don't identify - just the track numbers) like it's just a burnt CD.

The CD player may need cleaning, but all of my other CDs work fine; I've never had this problem before. Maybe I just need to give it a good cleaning as someone mentioned above.
