Here is some video footage that was shot on the Awake tour in 2004. It's from a performance at the final Australian concert in Perth.

The video mainly focuses on Ed but Pat and Chad T do get some screen time towards the end of the song. The file is 30 megabytes in size and you'll need the XviD codec on your computer in order to watch it.
