I just figured I'd start this thread up again and see if there is any interest in it. I am really excited about Hulk Hogan making his return on Saturday Nights Main Event next week. I'm just hoping his hip and body makes it through the match with Randy Orton. Anyone else been watching?

Fuck Hogan. And fuck Big Show as ECW Champ. I am glad that Edge has the gold around his waist again, though.

I've lost touch with all things wrestling lately, not having foxtel or much access to the net it makes it hard to follow .. it sounds like Vince has assed up ECW though, and RVD and Sabu put their foot in it too.
I hope this is the very last time we ever see Hogan, unless he fights Austin at wrestlemania next year and loses.

Edge as champ again is awesome though. I like RVD but yeah, keep him in ECW and keep ECW pure, don't make it ECWWE.

I don't watch wrestling much anymore since it's pretty much gone to the crapper lately, but I find it funny that RVD and Sabu were arrested for drugs... in Hanging Rock. So if you're wondering why RVD dropped both titles, that's why.

On a side note, I've been through Hanging Rock many times. The cops there are crazy.

I read that Big Show may be a transitional champ, dropping it to Dreamer. Let's hope that happens.

But it was still hilarious seeing the ECW fans litter the ring (and hit Heyman in the face with a Pepsi cup).

i'd like to see dreamer wearing the strap, but will his body now take all of the abuse it used to?

i like to watch it when i can, but does anyone else here follow MMA? Man, i love Pride and the UFC! wtf happened with the shamrock-ortiz rematch? i didn't see any of it but heard shamrock got royally screwed. anybody?

I figured I'd bump this thread back up since the Royal Rumble is tomorrow. This is usually the second or third biggest PPV of the year, is anyone going to watch? Does anybody have a prediction on who's going to win it? My hope is the Undertaker since he has never one the Rumble before and really deserves to add it to his resume.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Well, Taker won. I was hoping my boy Edge would, though.

I had a dream the night before that HBK had won and so I was pulling for him after Orton and Edge were done... I was thinking at the end there that it was going to come true, but alas.

A very good show. Cena-Umaga was an amazing match and the Rumble itself was awesome. Well worth the 40 bucks and the best PPV in a long time.
