He was like 3/4 of the way to solo album 3 like 2.5 years ago, right? Maybe he's doing both now.

It says #freaks4live record, seems pretty clear to me that’s not a solo album

I think early on in the reunion process, the name of Jerry was called as the producer (which wouldn't be completely unbelievable, knowing his recent work for CCP). Guess that was too good to be true.

David Pattillo aka Strange Majik has been nominated for an Emmy for the “Live From The Artists Den” television series,produced the debut album of an up and coming Motown artist for super producer Linda Perry, and for the last few years has fronted The Dead Exs singing and crafting a blues guitar finger style in backwater dives around the country. He even hosted a year long UK radio show. His new album “Raised On Rock ‘N’ Roll” is out in April 2016.

I gave his album a spin on Google Play (Raised on Rock 'N' Roll, by Strange Majik). It's certainly not terrible, the production is nicely organic and up front.
