I have some confessions to make., How i really feel about.... Options

Ok, first of all i think i kind of fell into a trap here since i first started posting. When i first came to this board i just pretty much went out of my way to try and "fit in" by pretty much agreeing with the popular opinions. I posted some things that i really don't believe personally.

I used to agree with most people (not everybody of course) that anything that came out after TDTH was pretty bad or terrible. I couldn't disagree more, and I actually love "V", "Birds Of Pray" and "SFBM", yeah i said it, can't keep lying to myself, lol. To be honest i like "V" more than "TDTH", alot more, it's just has more replay value to me and i just love that album. "Birds Of Pray" is probably the album i don't like as much as all of the other Live albums, but i do still love it, lot's of good songs on that one. "SFBM" is an album that has grown on me alot in the past 2-3 years. It has some really good songs that just make me feel good and put me in a good mood i guess. My favorite Live albums are: #1 "Secret Samadhi" #2 "Throwing Copper" #3 "Mental Jewelry" #4 "V" #5 "TDTH" #6 "SFBM" #7 "Birds Of Pray". I just had to come clean because i was just agreeing with most just to fit in and i was really being fake. That's my two cents, take it or leave it!

These discussions could be fun if it stays in the music side of it.

I do like V. It has some of the originality that BOP and SFBM are totally missing. At least they tried sounds, keyboards and other stuff. It looked like they didn't care about how we would think about it, even if it was supposed to be a kind of B-sides album.

I disagree for the last 2 albums. BoP is a succession of 12 songs that have completely the same sound. Else than Like I do and Lighthoise, it falls flat, and you just play the songs, listen to them without wanting to listen to them again. Very bad for an album.

As of SFBM... Well could live with some good pop like Wings, Sofia, wdwgfh or even Show. It stops there. I saw 2 concerts during that era and it's hard to forgive them to start a show with Mystery. Not only the songs, but the way they are produced. Ed's words are always like if the "s" become "th". Why is that? You are professionnals!!! And the songs Home, all i need and the one after is the worst sequence of three songs ever for this band. I enjoy listening to the songs anove at times, also Wings from the dvd, but it stops there!

I like all of the albums. Some I like better than others. I always laugh when people talk about how Ed's lyrics got weird, that he uses too much water imagery, or how he refers to his faith too much. Did those who believe those things ever listen to the first three albums?
