hmmm, hard to tell too much from that video clip, but I can honestly say it doesn't sound great. Curious to hear what it sounds like mixed, and in context.

You are right. It actually sounds really bad. They might be better off not releasing these snippets since it doesn't paint a rosy picture. Best to wait till we can hear proper cuts even if they are short ones.

I like it! You cannot hear much and the quality doesn't let it sound beautiful, but I like the vibe. It's something different. And for the boys that means it's creative. Which in the end means, that it will sound great. Pure logic

Unlike the other stuff we've been lucky enough to hear, this one isn't doing anything for me.
Listened several times, hoping to get a feel for it, but nope, I really didn't care for it.
However, I still have complete faith that once the album's done, I'll be more than happy.

it feels like an awkwardly timed clip - as in there's not much for us to grab onto - but I don't dislike it.
I've really come to enjoy CS's voice since March (well, I had my Unified Theory cd before then, but since then I've really been listening in earnest to some of his stuff).

I'm still just excited for the new music.

For what the clip is worth, I think it's interesting.

Whatever it is though, it definitely doesn't sound like the Live I grew up with.

Reminds me a little bit of "Free As A Bird" by the Beatles.

I agree it's not enough to really tell anything... it's like those teasers at the end of shows for what's coming up next week - there's stuff but it tells you nothing.

But based on OTD's picture - are they not even half done? I thought it was further along. Should it not be on my Christmas list?
