It's better than Ed Kowalczyk of Live.
This is kinda an improvement.

QUOTE
ED KOWALCZYK, legendary lead singer and songwriter of the multi-Platinum rock band Live, is launching an acoustic tour called I ALONE-ACOUSTIC at the Meyer Theatre in Green Bay on Sunday, October 20th.

With over 20 Million albums sold worldwide, Live has become one of the most successful and enduring alternative rock bands of the last twenty years. KOWALCZYK will be performing songs from the entire Live catalog (“I Alone”, “Lightning Crashes”, “Heaven”) and songs from his solo album, Alive, in this intimate and acoustic performance.

KOWALCZYK has built an impressive résumé with his bandmates that includes eight full-length albums that have reached gold and platinum status in 9 countries, and nine Top 10 radio hits such as “Lightning Crashes”, “I Alone”, “Selling The Drama” and “Heaven”.

One of the main elements that have enabled KOWALCZYK and Live to maintain a devoted fan base is the substantial and durable nature of his lyrics, which have often reflected Ed's personal and spiritual concerns. “My approach as a songwriter is to write songs that are not finite and will resonate with listeners for a really long time,” KOWALCZYK asserts. “Sixteen years after our first album, Mental Jewelry, I am still able to get something out of songs Live recorded in the early 1990s--and I think that one of the reasons why we’ve had so many fans for so long is that our fans are also continuing to find nuances in the songs.”

KOWALCZYK is excited to be sharing this new look at some of the biggest hits of his career in this dynamic and unique unplugged performance

That write-up mentions Ed 6 times and Live 4 times, which isn't a very good ratio for someone that "moved on" from Live.

It also mentions Live songs 5 times and his solo songs 0 times.

Sad.

thats mostly the write up from here:

http://www.paradigmagency.com/divisions/artist/index/1048

which is what the lawsuit shows how he's billed.

Right. I don't see the name of one single solo song. Please show me where I missed "Grace" and "I'm the Proof" listed in that write up. I saw the titles of all the Live hits, not the Ed solo hits. Please help me out.

Thanks.

Because LIVE songs are the songs that the general public are familiar with.

And that will never end as long as Ed uses them as a crutch. Be a man and an artist and put yourself out there with your solo work since this is supposed to be Ed "being solo".

What a joke.

That's an issue for a "solo" artist.

Actually his fall tour is selling well, and we are more than 6 weeks out from the first show.
